1. About Dream of Soul LLC

Dream of Soul LLC is a Wyoming-registered export company that sources GI-tagged heritage products, handmade artisan goods, and natural wellness products from artisan clusters across North Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Northeast India for distribution to global buyers, primarily in the USA.

Export operations are conducted through Dream of Soul Proprietorship (IEC: BUUPM2096P), the India-side export entity. The LLC serves as the international distribution and buyer-facing arm.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing export.dreamofsoul.com, you agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that is fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission

3. Product Information

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, certifications, and specifications are accurate. However:

• Product images are representative — natural handmade products may vary slightly in colour, texture, and size
• GI tag status is based on current registration and may be updated as registrations evolve
• Certifications listed are current as of the effective date of these terms
• Pricing is subject to change without notice — confirmed pricing is provided in formal quotations and invoices

4. Sample Orders & Purchases

4.1 Sample Orders

Sample orders are subject to minimum quantities and applicable shipping costs. Sample pricing is provided on inquiry. Samples must be paid in advance before dispatch.

4.2 Bulk & Commercial Orders

Commercial orders are governed by separate Purchase Order agreements and proforma invoices. Terms including pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and quality guarantees are specified in those documents.

4.3 Payment

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (wire/SWIFT), and Stripe (when active). All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.

4.4 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking and processing fee of up to 20% of the order value if production has commenced.

5. Shipping & Export

All goods are exported from India under IEC BUUPM2096P. Export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/airway bill, and certificate of origin are provided for all shipments.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics, and seasonal demand
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier unless otherwise agreed
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance costs in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility
• Dream of Soul LLC is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or force majeure events

6. Quality & Returns

All products are inspected before dispatch. We stand behind our quality standards — ISO 9001:2015 certified, with ZED Bronze and Jute Mark India certifications where applicable.

If you receive products that are materially defective or do not match the agreed specification, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind after goods have been dispatched internationally.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on export.dreamofsoul.com — including text, images, brand identity, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Dream of Soul LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

The “Dream of Soul” brand name and associated marks are protected. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream of Soul LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and applicable US federal law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

For disputes involving Indian export operations, the laws of India and jurisdiction of courts in Siliguri, West Bengal shall apply where relevant.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms are effective from the date posted on this page. Your continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
