Yes — all transactions are invoiced in USD by Dream of Soul LLC. There is no FX risk for US buyers. International buyers in other currencies can also pay in USD via wire transfer. We do not accept INR payments from international buyers.

Yes. As a Wyoming LLC with an active EIN (38-4363329), we can provide all required US tax documentation for vendor onboarding. Contact hello@dreamofsoul.com with your requirements and we will provide the appropriate form within 2 business days.

GI (Geographical Indication) is a legal certification — similar to Champagne or Parmigiano-Reggiano — that authenticates the product’s origin. Darjeeling Tea and Sundarban Honey carry GI protection under Indian law. For procurement, this means authenticated provenance documentation, not a marketing claim. Our Tea Board License (TB|LC|E-13573) covers Darjeeling GI authentication per shipment.

Yes, within defined tolerances. Our ISO 9001:2015 QMS documents acceptable variation ranges for each product. Slight natural variation in colour, texture, or size is inherent to artisan-made goods and is not a quality defect — we disclose this clearly in product specifications. For critical branding elements (logo placement, box dimensions), specifications are fixed and checked in pre-shipment inspection.

Yes. Logo branding is available on: rigid gift box (gold foil print), Jute Mark India certified tote, candle jar label, and product insert cards. MOQ for branded orders is typically 25–50 units depending on the product. Lead time extends to 21–28 days from artwork approval. Send your logo and brief to hello@dreamofsoul.com.

Our food products (Darjeeling tea, Sundarban honey, handmade chocolates) are FSSAI certified (India’s food safety authority). We provide all required export documentation including Certificate of Origin, FSSAI certificate, and ingredient declarations. US FDA facility registration and Prior Notice requirements are the importer’s responsibility — we provide full documentation support. We recommend consulting a US customs broker for your specific import category.

MOQ is 1 unit for sample evaluation orders. For bulk procurement: 25 units for standard unbranded orders, 50 units for branded configurations, 100 units for custom fragrance or custom woven items. There is no commitment required at sample stage.

Sample and small orders: 10–14 business days via DHL Express or FedEx International. Bulk sea freight: 28–35 days from India port (FOB). Processing time before dispatch is 2–5 business days for standard orders. Custom branded orders require additional production lead time (21–28 days total).

Standard export documentation package: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, ISO 9001 certificate, ISO 14001 certificate, ZED Bronze certificate, Jute Mark India certificate, FSSAI certificate (food items), Tea Board Export License (Darjeeling tea), GI authentication (as applicable), Wyoming LLC entity documents. ESG supplier questionnaire for GRI/CSRD/B-Corp reporting available on request.

Yes. FOB pricing (Free On Board, India port) is available for all bulk orders. You nominate your freight forwarder and we coordinate handover at the port of export. CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) pricing is available for sample and small orders. Contact us with your product selection, quantity, and destination for a FOB quote — we respond within 48 hours.

We provide documentation applicable to: GRI 413 (Local Communities — artisan field programme records), GRI 405 (Diversity — 73% women beneficiaries via NGO Darpan), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work — Udyam micro-registrations), SDG 15 (Life on Land — Sundarban forest honey, seed balls), CSRD Scope 3 (ISO 14001 environmental management). B-Corp supplier questionnaire completed on request.

Yes. 73% of total artisan beneficiaries are women, tracked via our NGO Darpan registered entity (WB/2026/1034415). The founding CEO is a woman (Ranjita Mandal — Cherie Blair Foundation mentee, WeRise Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs). SHG (Self Help Group) women artisan cluster documentation is available for all candle and wellness product supply chains. This satisfies most gender-responsive procurement and supplier diversity requirements.

Yes. We welcome buyer visits to our artisan clusters in North Bengal and Bihar. Field visit coordination requires 2–3 weeks advance notice.
