- Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch
- Signature required on delivery for orders above ₹5,000
- Free shipping on bulk orders above ₹25,000 within India
International Export Shipping (USA, UK, EU & Beyond)
- All international shipments are dispatched under Dream of Soul LLC (Wyoming) as exporter of record
- Full export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, GI certificates, ISO certificates, FSSAI (food items), Tea Board License (Darjeeling tea)
- Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx International, or sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk
- FOB pricing available — buyer nominates freight forwarder
- CIF pricing available on request for sample and small bulk orders

Import Duties & Customs
All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dream of Soul LLC provides all required documentation for customs clearance but does not act as customs broker in the destination country.
For US buyers: our Wyoming LLC status means USD invoicing and US contract law — no foreign entity compliance required on your end.

- Food items (tea, honey, chocolate) sealed and food-safe packaged per FSSAI standards
