We operate at institutional export grade. Every order is quality-inspected before dispatch. This policy governs all B2B sample orders, bulk procurement, and international export transactions through Dream of Soul LLC (Wyoming, USA).

Our Quality Commitment

Dream of Soul LLC is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every shipment undergoes pre-dispatch quality inspection. We ship only what passes our documented QMS protocol. If a product reaches you damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved sample — we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged in transit (photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Product received is materially different from the confirmed sample specification
  • Incorrect item shipped — wrong SKU, quantity, or branding configuration
  • Food items (tea, honey, chocolate) showing signs of contamination or seal breach on arrival

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-branded orders (logo on box, tote, jar, or packaging) once production is confirmed
  • Perishable food items opened after delivery
  • Products where natural variation in handmade craft (slight colour, texture, or size difference) is cited as the reason — this is inherent to artisan-made goods
  • Sample orders where buyer has confirmed receipt and satisfaction before bulk order placement

How to Raise a Claim

  • Email hello@dreamofsoul.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference
  • Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and outer packaging
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with resolution options
  • Approved claims: replacement shipment, credit note, or partial refund at our discretion

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For international wire transfers, processing time may extend to 14 business days depending on correspondent banking timelines. Dream of Soul LLC bears no liability for bank-side delays.

Export Orders — Additional Terms

All export orders are governed by Wyoming LLC contract terms. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the point of export (FOB India port unless otherwise agreed in writing). Claims arising from customs clearance delays, import duty disputes, or destination country regulations are the buyer’s responsibility.
